Do you only serve the West Island?
We primarily serve the West Island of Montreal (Pointe-Claire, Kirkland, Beaconsfield, DDO, Pierrefonds, etc.). Depending on the scope of the project, we also serve the greater Montreal area and Vaudreuil-Dorion.
What services do you provide?
We specialize in paver driveway installations, retaining walls, patios, outdoor features, softscaping (sod and planting), as well as targeted repairs and restoration of failing stonework.
Do you handle the excavation and base preparation?
Yes. In fact, it is the most critical part of our work. We manage all excavation, grading, and deep base preparation using proper 0-3/4 crushed stone compacted in layers to ensure long-term stability in Quebec's freeze-thaw cycles.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we provide free estimates. We recommend sending us 2-3 photos of the space, your city, and a short description of the project to help us give you a more accurate and quick assessment.
Is polymeric sand always needed for pavers?
Polymeric sand is highly recommended for all new installations and most cleanings. It helps lock the pavers in place, resists weed growth, and deters ant infestations. We use high-quality polymeric sand designed for Canadian weather.
Can you fix sunken or uneven pavers?
Yes, we specialize in paver repair. We don't just lift the stones; we excavate the failing area, rebuild and re-compact the base, address any drainage issues causing the sinkage, and reinstall the pavers properly.
